We will walk between the rows of vines stretching towards the Tuscan Archipelago and we will tell you the story of winemaking in Elba, fascinating you with the legends of our estate that hover around the beautiful nineteenth-century villa.
We will visit the Cantina d’Autore, designed by Archistar Tobia Scarpa, with a breathtaking view of the Tyrrhenian Sea, and relax with a guided wine tasting with sea view. The wines produced in our farm are: the Brut Spumante Rosato from Aleatico grapes; the Rosato delle Ripalte, the White Vermentino, the Red Alicante and the famous Aleatico Passito dell'Elba DOCG .

goat cheese of Il Caprile -Pastorizia Elbana-: a small farm in La Pila in Campo nell'Elba (LI), where Moira and her family, with great passion, raises goats, about 80 animals, near San Pietro, on the slopes of Mount Capanne. Milking is done manually, as in ancient tradition. Grazing is led by the young shepherd Daniele with his Maremma sheepdog Joy.
pecorino cheese with different maturation and refining of La Pecora di Massimiliano di Pontedera (PI): a dairy with a great passion for the Sienese culture of pecorino. The cheeses are made exclusively with fresh harvested milk. The maturations are various: during the Ripalte Wine Experience we will try
-Il Primo, pure sheep cheese, ▪️ aged for 15 days;
- L'Ultimo Maturo - 45 days of maturation;
- L'Unico-sheep's milk cheese matured for 30 days;
- Le Selve, 120 days of maturation, aging on a bed of chestnut leaves.
the products of the Tonnina, a cannery from Elba specialized in anchovies in oil, tonnetto (a lean fish rich in protein, very common in the Mediterranean Sea; from the blue fish family), palamita, Tonnina (tuna fillet)

- il Cerimito (a very traditional bread, flavored with aniseed)

The 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Azienda Agricola Arrighi: is located in Porto Azzurro, in the north-east of the island. The soil is very mixed: clayey, rusty, rich in a unique variety of minerals that make the products particularly tasty.
The farm produces olive oil from centenary olive trees of the ripical Tuscan cultivars:

Useful information:
- Minors under the age of 18 are allowed on the tour, but will not be allowed to drink alcohol. Please notify us if you will be bringing minors under the age of 18 with you, so that we can arrange for their participation
- The experience lasts about 2 hours of which: 1h visit + 1h tasting
- The tour is accessible to the disabled
- The tour will take place also in case of bad weather conditions
- Small dogs are allowed
- Appropriate attire is required for an outdoor aperitif on the terrace
- In case of cancellation a cancellation fee of 5% will be retained within 24 hours of the start of the tour. After this deadline there is no refund.
