A kitchen with an oven is available, and there is a private garden outside.
Through a walkable path, in about 15 minutes you can reach the exclusive Stagnone Beach, unique in its beauty, characterized by a mix of rocks and sand. It is one of the most beautiful private beaches of Costa dei Gabbiani which has maintained its wilderness. Even in high season, in fact, it guarantees maximum privacy.
Another enchanting beach in the vicinity of the villa is Istia, an equipped beach where for the months of June, July, and August 2023, guests of the villa will be reserved a beach umbrella and two sunbeds.
