Villa Calanova is located on the eastern side of Tenuta delle Ripalte, holds a strategic location a stone's throw from the sea, and is nestled between two exclusive beaches of considerable charm on Elba Island. The first is Calanova beach, a welcoming oasis of beauty equipped with umbrella rental and bar/restaurant services, and the second is Istia beach, a real gem.
Villa Calanova is currently undergoing a restyling project, entrusted to Adriano Bacchella, a professional in the field of interior design. It will feature new, refined interior furnishings, in line with the redevelopment of outdoor spaces perfectly blending in with nature, a characteristic feature of the artist's style. Additionally, for the months of June, July and August 2023, a sun umbrella and two sunbeds will be reserved for guests of the villa at the adjacent Istia beach.
The villa is arranged on 2 floors featuring: a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a living room with a double sofa bed, 2 private bathrooms and a kitchen with an oven. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, beach service and wi-fi. Outside, there is a large fenced garden.
The villa is about 6 km from the center of the estate. However, guests of the villa have access to the road that from Calanova goes directly to Capoliveri in less than 2 km.
