Villa Sassi Neri is a unique accommodation, our flagship villa. Set amidst the Mediterranean maquis vegetation, it enjoys an amazing sea view.
Sassi Neri has preserved access to a private beach, that can be reached with just a 5-minute walk only from inside the property. The villa is the result of the renovation of an old farmhouse of the Sassi Neri mining circuit, from which it takes its name.
This vacation villa on Elba Island features: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a large living room; a loft with 2 beds and a service bathroom.
In addition, for the months of June, July and August 2023, a beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds will be reserved for guests of the villa at the nearby beach of Istia.
Wi-fi and air conditioning are also provided.
The furniture is modern and sophisticated.
The outside area offers a large patio and a newly built in-ground swimming pool.
